They have nothing to arrest him on. The NYC laws are so twisted, the numbers faked by NYC, they might as well arrest every single homeowner.

All they would be doing is exposing Real Estate crookedness. I just finished doing some paperwork and have no clue why they value my building so much. Oh, yeah, so I pay more taxes. It's their numbers that are super inflated. Trump used their numbers. He followed their law.
