I am suggesting, tho, that we dispense with all the background noise of “what will happen if...”
It is a (purposeful?) distraction.
True, the Constitution has no language that addresses the situation of “overturning” an election.
But, neither does the Constitution envision in the text, a wide-spread fraudulent election.
