Scott Wolter gets a call from a man who has a mysterious stone on his property. He's convinced that it's the "Stone of Destiny"--the stone that Jacob from the Bible rested his head on, in Season 2, Episode 1, "Ark of the Covenant."
In "America Unearthed," host Scott Wolter uses hard science and intuitive theories to explain the most mysterious artifacts and sites in America.

An earlier one by Scott Wolter, somehow I must have missed it:
In 1898, a Minnesota farmer uprooted a large stone dating to 1362 covered with mysterious runes. Is it proof that the Knights Templar discovered America? Has the Holy Grail been in America all along?Holy Grail in America | 1h 27m | 2009 | TV-PG | CC
OK - thanks for that. I didn’t know it had been revived by the Travel Channel for that short period.
We stopped watching Oak Island two seasons ago. I remember watching the final episode of one of the seasons and there was a re-cap of everything they’d found that particular season - and it was mostly a bunch of junk, nothing of significance.
They’ve been digging at that island for (what?) 9 or 10 seasons now and...nothing.
Question is this: When is the History channel going to pull the plug on the Lagina brothers?
i thought it was in ethiopia, axum or something like that
Oh, okay, the link to the Holy Grail in America points right over to the History Channel archive, which means a free trial is required to view it.
Here’s the America Unearthed episode instead:

Your shed! Great! I wondered where the Ark wound up after I sold it in a moving sale about thirty years ago. Should have got rid of it earlier, it kept ruining the paint job on my Mercedes.
When the ratings decline, they’ll pull the plug, but the Lagina brothers appear to be interested in continuing to look regardless.
People will search for the Ark of the Covenant through the end of days. But in the World to Come, no one will look for it any more (Prophets, forgot which one). And by the way, cherubim didn’t look like babies or people with birds’ wings (images from pagan belief systems).
Tin foil shortages reported across the country . . . . . .
I think I detect a pivot...

W.H. 13?
Yes, I know.
“Curses! Tin-foiled again!”
“...it kept ruining the paint job on my Mercedes.”
Thank you. Made my day.
Well, that’s pretty creepy then.
