The indoor mask requirements that most offices have probably won’t be going away soon, regardless of what the Chinese Democrat Controllers have to say. Too many Karens and busybodies to enforce mask wearing.
Don’t think of it as a problem, think of it as an opportunity to purge the Karen’s off the payroll, leaving only people you actually WANT to see every day! If it’s the law, what are they gonna do, sue?
In fact, even if the long term plan is more WFH, start with a mandatory office period of a couple months or whatever, and let the good guys in on it. Then once all the Karen’s, busy bodies, and cowering libs ‘voluntarily’ quit, then implement the actual policy.
That's a good point. I've been saying for months that nothing does more to tell employees that the workplace is UNSAFE than having them come back to an office that is run like a hospital ICU.
