Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I will, though I’m still planning my eventual escape to America and may leave it all behind. I’m watching for the sign(s) that all is lost up here before I do anything dramatic, and of course my entry needs to be legal.

Matt DePerno just dropped a BOMB at his Michigan press conference. They discovered that the tabulator machines can be reopened after the election, then they can run more ballots through the tabulator, print off a new tabulator tape with new ballots and then backdate that tape to November 3rd.

Okay I just briefly spoke with one of the sources again EARLY this morning as I was going to bed from working overnight. I thought I was going to have to wait till this evening but they HMU right as I was getting in bed around 8 hours later than I expected them to contact me.
They were just waking up and I was just going to sleep so we didn’t go into it as much as I would have liked but I’m going to speak to them and possibly another and better source this afternoon but I can give you a couple of small insights and updates that don’t violate the NDA they signed.
First off the people in pink shirts on the floor are the Democrats and the people in the orange shirts are the people on our side that are watching the Democrats. Please keep an eye on them at home too!
Secondly the manager of the entire property and facility is a hardcore liberal while the maintenance facility manager is a conservative. The big manager was trying to get the entire event shut down for 10 or more days for another scheduled event and the facility maintenance manager came in like a hero and promise to get everything moved in only 5 hours. I hope to get up better understanding of this portion later today. Seems like an attempt to disrupt or get to the ballots / equipment while it was unattended was countered.
There are almost 100 lawyers there everyday between the 2 sides. (imagine the billable hours!)
Phase 2 starts may 24th. They will be hiring more people most likely I was told.
They still don’t have the password to the machines and the person didn’t know if they had circumvented that but that wasn’t their area so maybe they have a way around it or maybe not.
The Cyber Ninjas main guy is a devout Christian and starts ever session with prayer.
This is very much a spiritual battleground just as much as it’s a legal one. Prayer was specifically asked for.

Same thing with the masks. Psychology everywhere. I read about people who were religiously masked-up and got the coof anyway, and oftentimes their first response was to look for a scapegoat in their life somewhere to blame - the one(s) who didn’t wear a mask! It was that person’s or peoples’ fault that they got coof, even if the non-maskers never did. Weird.
There is a lot of psychology involved here.

There is a lot of psychology involved here. It was psychology what got them to take the vax in the first place. And there is psychology that makes them insist, despite the mountains of evidence to the contrary now leaking out past the guardians, that the vax is benign.
And because of that psychology, they can never admit that they took a malignant foreign substance into their body.
Yep......psychology of fear.

The guest does talk about the grid, but doesn’t cover the entire story, nor the things that are continuously being done out in the electrical industry to “harden” against attack.
His mention of the 2003 blackout - well, yes, a tree branch contacting a wire was a trigger event but it wasn’t the ONLY trigger event for that blackout. It was a series of conditions and events that lead up to the blackout. As a co-worker used to say, it’s like the holes of the Swiss cheese lined up to create a vulnerability that, alone, none of those holes could have caused.
I’m very familiar with the blackout, having studied it and having worked at the very entity where it started (I left before the blackout, and was working elsewhere already). There was the attitude in the operations center that was very lax, very top-down management whereby the people in a position to be on top of the situation were not allowed to make decisions in fear of reprimand from management. There was the failed alarming system at that particular utility whereby the usual warnings were not being received by system operators.
There was also failure to react when given critical information from personnel in the field. Example, a plant operator calling to inform the system operator that he was operating his generating unit at its voltage limit, and needed some support from other sources. The operator ignored the cry, seemingly unable to comprehend what needed to be done on his part to lessen the risk to the generator that the situation caused (it tripped off line some 2 or 3 hours before the final cascading event, and was a significant factor in the blackout).
Anyway, lots of things are being done by the industry, outside of the financial influence of the federal government, to harden and improve the power system. Moving from a “reactive” posture of yesterday to a “proactive” posture has been a major goal, and it’s still hard to convince some that we need to take action “just in case” rather than in reaction to a situation.
All that said, a group of well-versed individuals that know their way around the power grid could manually cause quite a situation without any kind of cyber-attack, by simply damaging several key components simultaneously. No single event, no line, plant, or substation destruction will result in a large-area blackout, but bad guys have other plans.
As for the EMP, I hear a lot of stories but it’s very difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff when trying to discern what can and can’t happen, and what is or isn’t vulnerable. Alarmists like to take the worst case scenario and claim that everything will be destroyed beyond usefulness, whereas apologists tend to think that nothing significant would be damaged. My guess is that something in between is the truth, and it IS on the industry’s radar. At this point, upgrades and “hardening” of the system is being paid for by ratepayers, which is as it should be IMHO.
