srael’s aggressive vaccination policy recorded another win on Saturday when just 13 new coronavirus cases were recorded in the country – the lowest rate in 14 months, according to data released by the Health Ministry this week.
On Saturday, 9,238 coronavirus tests were conducted across the country, according to the ministry, and just 0.1 percent of these returned positive.
They also come as the number of serious cases dropped to 100, including 60 people on ventilators, out of the 1,310 active cases in the country.
Also on Sunday, the Israel Defense Forces announced that it was Covid-free for the first time since the outbreak began. It recorded zero active cases among its ranks.
In March, the military announced that it had reached herd immunity from the disease, with more than 80 percent of all service people either vaccinated or recovered from the virus.

Israel began its vaccination program with the two-shot Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine in late December, and has managed to inoculate more than 60 percent of its total population, and 80 percent of the eligible population over the age of 16, to reach more than 5.4 million people.
It is the highest per capita vaccination rate in the world.
In February, a study of 1.2 million members of Israel’s largest health-maintenance organization, Clalit Health Services, showed the Pfizer vaccine is 94 percent effective in preventing symptomatic Covid-19 and 92% effective in preventing serious disease in vaccinated people who do get infected.
In April, experts suggested that the country had reached herd immunity.

Solopov will present the new research at the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics annual meeting during the virtual Experimental Biology (EB) 2021 meeting, to be held April 27-30.

There are ways of treating it, just not “curing” it. Even Trump’s treatment included some over the counter things like Pepcid AC. (There is research about Pepcid and its benefits particularly in combination with anti-histamines that are also over the counter. Will link below.)
And depending on the doctor one has, if they are actually doing their OWN homework on the intricacies of the virus — on the intricacies of the mechanisms of mRNA and viral vector vaccines...Studying data from all over the world...only then are they truly are qualified and competent enough to lend individualized advice. There should be no doubt about gas_dr’s credentials. You forget how he was dealing with COVID-19 patients for months and has spoken positively of HCQ, Ivermectin, and other therapeutics and he had much better success with his patients than we were hearing out of New York during that time. He is more than capable of properly monitoring the ventilator machines as you or I would need and he would do a darn good job at it.
I believe both gas_dr and Mom MD have seen a lot of successful situations in which the current experimental COVID-19 vaccine approach has brought both down complications and deaths. They see that as the impetus to everyone getting one of the current vaccines.
There are other vaccines coming that are more conventional in approach. Novavax targets the spike, but does not use mRNA. Another, from Valneva, is an inactivated whole virus. More here:

There are likely very few actual “anti-vaxxers” on Free Republic. What I believe there are quite a few of are “anti-current COVID vaccine” people. I am one of them for myself and my wife, and she feels the same. We haven't gotten the vaccines and my wife is choosing to leave her current job because they are mandating the vaccine (she's an analyst working only 100% remotely). She has two other better offers pending.
We have used this time to get healthier. My wife has lost 30 pounds and I've lost 15. We've tweaked our diets and take appropriate supplements in appropriate long-term safe doses. We have not seemingly gotten COVID-19, but then, neither did 99+% of the control group people during the whole Pfizer trial. Look that up if you doubt me.
Concerning “control” people, I see those of us not taking the current crop as real life controls. Perhaps we will take one of the other vaccine types that come out. Regardless, in my opinion, it is a sane step to not take a vaccine if you are not in a risk group for a disease, if workable treatments are available, and/or the vaccine technology has never been successfully used in all of history and it only exists under emergency measures in all countries.
It looks like McCullough will see a storm of lawsuits and board actions before long. You’ll find some information about him here.

Why do you people always act like physicians you quote are solid gold and anyone disagreeing with them are 'quacks' in need of lawsuits?
Gorski has credentials? So does Dr. McCullough - he and his team have an 85% success rate treating vulnerable patients with their medication protocol. He's not the only one with successful treatment protocols. He and others know they will be attacked but put their futures on the line to save lives.
It's happening in Israel too. Doctors and physicians break through the 'narrative' to get the truth to the people and we expect them to be mercilessly attacked and threatened.

The J&J is not more traditional - it’s an injected fragment of DNA which prompts the production of the same spike protein also promoted by mRNA vaccines.
Traditional vaccines were deactivated viruses. J&J is just employing marketing to conceal it’s product attributes.
The only issue is that the spike causes problems all on its own even without getting into the cell.
Published experimental results on human blood, as well as with pseudo viruses (shell/spikes w/o contents) in mouse models have shown this; bolstered by the Salk Institute's discussion of the harm the spike does when the patient is infected with real COVID. And in the last week I read of a discussion that cells which present the spike on their cell walls, in response to the mRNA, can have their spike interact with receptors on neighboring cells, causing the cell walls to merge, killing both cells.
There are others but as they are not in a peer-review formal setting, they are easily sneered at; though they appear to be summaries for published work, delivered verbally for the masses.
(The question is, how can one tweak the spike to be less efficacious at binding to (say) the ACE2 receptors, and yet retain enough similarity to the real COVID spikes, that antibodies remain efficacious; this leaves out the additional problem of genetic drift, which might imply, you guessed it, booster shots.)
There is also concern that mouse models at least have shown the spike passes he blood brain barrier; there is a fascinating discussion among PhDs/MDs in response to a blog post about the mRNA injections on a molecular level by Derek Lowe (PhD from Duke, postdoc in Germany, and decades as a drug-discovery chemist)...
The big worry there is what the mRNA passing the blood-brain barrier does, and the damage to the various nerve cells--either from the virus or the immune response; could such insults be precursors to (say) MS? This problem becomes more complex as one considers additional booster shots. Anyone listening to Dr. McCulloughs testimony before the Texas State Senate or listening to his interview on Tucker Carlson can see that the man wants doctors to treat sick patients like they normally do, not deny them treatment and presure them to become participants in failed vaccine technology trials.

Do you always make decisions based on anecdotes?
Our county of 200,000 has fully vaccinated about 20% so far, so 80% are unvaxxed fully. That’s 160,000. Yet our main hospital has had daily 1-5 people (mostly obese, already sick) supposedly admitted as covid-positives since these jabs began. So approx 155,500 people have been ok.
These are numbers similar to the Phase 3 trials for placebos. Read those reports. Pfizer had 9 placebo people out of 21,500 with serious cases.
Is that why you’d get a rushed, experimental fetus-tested permanent medical treatment?
