He is right. This is a test of the Department of Justice and FBI, which have been corrupted to the point where our democracy is in deep peril.
The highly publicized early morning raid on the apartment and office of Rudy Giuliani, the personal lawyer of the 45th President of the United States, was an outrage. Thanks to a 10+ minute interview last night on Tucker Carlson Tonight, the nation’s highest-rated cable news program, we have a better grasp of the dimensions of the scandalous behavior of the Department of Justice.

Here are some major issues that he highlighted:
The 7 FBI agents (whose behavior he said was highly professional and polite) who conducted the raid did not follow the terms of the warrant, which required all electronic devices to be taken in. Specifically, once Giuliani pointed out hard drives from Hunter Biden’s laptop, abandoned at a Wilmington computer repair shop, the agents declined to take them into custody. He stated that to his knowledge, the hard drives contained evidence of violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), the purported crime that he is being investigated for. They also contain evidence of other crimes, including Hunter Biden’s felonious lie on a gun-related application in which he stated that he was not a drug addict, including a picture of him smoking crack within days of the application.
As far FARA itself, Rudy adamantly stated that he did not represent foreign individuals or officials. He stated that the materials seized will prove his innocence.
He stated that the warrant itself was illegal, that he had offered voluntary cooperation, so no warrant was required, and that previously -- during his representation of the President during an impeachment trial – his iCloud account, containing the same information

Note that these iCloud accounts are likely being mined for your data and the tech oligarchs will turn your data over to the leftist politicians without an argument(if you are conservative, islamic terrorists will probably be protected though).

What a farce! The warrant required the feebles to confiscate all electronic devices but as soon as Giuliani mentioned the Hunter hard drives, they were like sunlight to a vampire.
So who, at the FBI order the raid?

The FBI and the DOJ are now owned by the Ruling Establishment which, by its theft of the presidency, has shown that it is not answerable to the voters or to Americans.

I believe the FBI already had Hunter’s hard drives. They got it from the blind computer repair guy who took ownership of it after Hunter never came to get it back.
I was in the kitchen, but thought I heard Rudy say “the Department of Justice, which doesn’t exist anymore...”.
i wonder why Rudy didn’t raise a stink when his iCloud legal files were raided illegally during impeachment process.
I feel certain the Republican will take a strong position in defense of Rudy and DJT. Perhaps a few strongly worded letters to the DOJ & the FIB?
Anyone who believes they’re after Giuliani is naive at best. This is a cabal of Dems and RINO’s, and they’re after Trump - still. This is about keeping Trump from running again, either for a House seat in 2022, or for President in 2024.
I don’t know why he was willing to talk with the Fed thugs. You know they’d falsify what he says on their report.
DOJ and the police state agencies are run by the communists. Biden is using them as the vanguard against his opposition.
