I don't necessarily believe either is true. I don't believe Thomas Wictor is a verified source of information. I saw pictures of Trump looking at presidential portraits and I believe he was reflecting the difficulty of the choice, which I suspect was made collaboratively. The hard choice between fighting when many are still asleep, and waiting until more are awake to reduce chances of the bloodiest Civil War.
Some of us suspect that Trump had been groomed for the presidency going back 40 years. I would add my belief that Team Q has been active in one form or another for the past 60+ years. In addition to Trump, Team Q’s ancestor organizations were responsible for the candidacies of Kennedy, Reagan and Perot.
I think the good guys considered that the evil empire was generational and the way to beat it would likewise be generational and so what we've seen has been long in the planning.
Kennedy was a failed vessel because of his own personal shortcomings.
I think in moment of frustration he spoke too soon and said he would shatter the CIA and so they killed him.
Perot failed almost out of the starting gate. Reagan succeeded in his most important assignment: ending the Cold War and the Soviet Union with an American victory and without a nuclear war. Trump’s assignment is to end the oligarchy that runs the American Deep State and also most of the world, and to do so without a massive loss of life. This would mean that the model for change is England’s Glorious Revolution of 1688, not the American Civil War.
I think many options were on the table, and the Rosensetein blocade chewed up 2 years and divided the country when we needed more time to pull together to be ready for a surivable Civil War (far less bloody, far more unity on the side of good).
While certain tasks can only be carried out by the military, a disagreement between military commanders could lead by way of miscalculation to the use of weapons of mass destruction on American soil. After that, China or the UN could intervene with ease. Trump’s reluctance to use the military at this point is the prudent course.
I think a collaborative team was reluctant. Myanmar was in full swing and had to calculate which path would spare the most lives. I think more than weapons of mass destruction were at hand. The deep state always had to option of collapsing the government as more than half was still corrupt, and that gambit would prevent the Chinese for inheriting radioactive landscape (CA) and still allow the disolution of law and hgh bloodshed fighting to restore the republic.
The final result would mean turning government back to the people – even if the people are not ready for self-government due to decades of indoctrination in public schools whose syllabus is intended to educate serfs, not free people. To that, one must add an incestuous Mainstream Media that disinforms, distracts and divides.
When the time came I couldn't reliably determine what was trap, what was bait, what was camoflague, and what was path to restoration.
Two things have lodged in my mind about this whole Q adventure. The first came when we were told to trust certain people who now seem to be on the wrong side. We’ve debated endlessly about White Hats, Black Hats, and Gray or Leveraged Hats. Thomas Wictor has referred to “Judas goats.” We’ve been told that we’re watching a movie. I suspect we are seeing a scenario similar to Caldwell’s book. Are some of the people who appear to be Black Hats really the equivalent of Minute Men, whose mission is to oppress or to lead the Left off a cliff? For example, is AOC really that stupid, or has she been inserted into Congress to lead her side to perdition? Is Wray really that flexible in his principles, or is he there to oppress and take the fall, destroying his agency in the process, when the end comes?
I don't believe in white hat theory. AOC is a pawn but I don't believe she was carefully groomed to be a tone deaf idiot while working as a bartender and forgetting to cultivate her mind. I suspect that warring among leftist factions for who gets to be in charge of the serfs accounts may play a part, and if nothing else the deep state 'handles' people and divides them, even the left must be divided to be controlleed.
In the book, as the collapse proceeds, TV commentators that were slavishly supportive of The Democracy suddenly report honestly about what is happening across the country as the people revolt, yet somehow anonymous individuals keep the violence to a minimum while the military joins in. John Graham says that it took years to get those TV people trained and in place. We’ve wondered how the truth can get out when so many people still believe that CBS News is “the most trusted name in news.” When we see random acts of real journalism from a Mainstream Media venue, is it truly random or has the equivalent of a Minute Man been inserted into that venue?
I don't believe Minute Men theory. I see no inclination in The Plan to use someone like Wray to oppress people to the point of breaking. Wray, I believe, was explained as a 'sleeper' and he awoke long before his role as a minute man could be supported. Wray betrayed his country while safe resolution was still on the table, as did Rosenstein, Pence, Mueller, Strzok, Page, Comey etc.
At the end, Durant survives, but Carlson is assassinated on the steps of New York City Hall. Americans will remember Carlson’s name with detestation, and only a few will know the true story of an American hero. The narrative will hold.
The few that seemed to be playing a role were people like Sessions, Barr and Miller. I think there will be repeated attempts to 'rehabilitate' those who obviously betrayed us over and over (e.g., Pence, Comey, McCabe etc.)

I recall someone proposing that Nancy Pelosi only pretended to be wicked because Trump told her to - ignoring the way Nancy rolled her self daily in evil.
The key to the book is to note that the collapse of The Democracy was engineered by the Minute Men to look like the Glorious Revolution, with a minimal loss of blood, and not like our Civil War. The Biden/Harris regime will get the bum’s rush from the people, aided by elements of the Mainstream Media when the full truth is revealed about the stolen election. The military will have a role, but it won’t be a direct overthrow.
