Good reminder.
I have been taking Vit. D3 for decades-not mega doses but adequate. Haven’t had the flu since I started taking it. Used to get whatever was going around all the time, but Vit. D3 apparently changed that.
I tend to forget that people might not be aware of Vit. D Toxicity issues.
It’s easy to ask your doctor for a test prescription… and maybe insurance will cover it.
I went ahead and paid $68 to get it done… wanted to confirm what I suspected.
I was diagnosed defficient a few years ago. I get outside a lot but when I don’t I’ll take a D3 pill, I have 5,000mg ones.
