Joy Behar, age 78, blamed a lack of sleep for using the incorrect pronouns in referring to Caitlyn Jenner on Friday’s The View.
Behar referred to Jenner three times as “he” while discussing Jenner’s announced bid for California governor.
“He’s got this guy Brad Parscale running his campaign. What do you think about that?” Behar asked co-host Sunny Hostin. “I mean, that guy was accused of using campaign funds to enrich himself. That’s who is running his campaign — or her campaign, rather.”
She made the same gaffe one more time and again corrected herself.
“I think that he should — she, rather — should take a seat and let somebody with the credentials take over a major state like California,” said Behar. Following a commercial, Behar apologized for her mistakes.
“So, first of all, let me apologize for my pronoun mix-up,” she said. “I think I just didn’t get enough sleep last night. I had no intention of mixing them up and I tried to correct it immediately. But, whatever, it just came out. So I’m sorry if anybody was upset by that.”
Jenner has not yet commented on the situation.
Jenner is an attempt to hijack the Calif recall.
Now I could see someone apologizing for “mis-gendering” Moochelle. And would quickly forgive them.

I don’t have any use for Behar and her minions. But I gotta give her credit for speaking the truth about Jenner. He is a HE and will be till the day HE dies.
Behar is not even sure what her gender is, should be, could be, or was.
Who says “stupidly” cannot succeed in life? She’s living proof that it can.

Joy is 78? Wow great news that means she’ll be six feet under soon along with Sleepy (according to the actuarial charts). Rat population control.

He said he talked to his mother about it before changing, and she was supportive. The trouble apparently started early.

That state of Californicate jungle primary election law is designed to and does prohibit a creation of multi party political opposition. Very likely there will be somebody he was involved with praising him (no criticism of perversion will be permitted) which will show up during his campaigning
Speaking as a nurse, I was educated to “reorient” delusional people. I don’t think I was out of school before deciding to leave delusional people alone, if they are not violent.
Reorienting only aggravates them and makes my day longer. Indulging the delusion fosters trust and improves your chances of improving their lives.
All that aside, if she is a fiscal conservative with the “ liberal pedigree” to get elected, I will vote for her. Except I live in AZ.
