Are you getting healed up from your surgery? Are you at steak-level recovery yet? :-)
Speaking of which, I saw some 3 in thick steaks at the store the other day. They wanted an arm and a leg. But I think that would be great for Father’s Day, hubby really likes red meat. It’s too expensive for me to buy one for myself but the same store had risotto cakes. I’m assuming that’s the same kind that has mozzarella in the center and then is fried. So I’ll get one of those for myself. And I’m sure he’d be happier with a huge baked potato. I never know what to get him so I think this would be more appreciated than anything. I’ll tell him it’s from the dog. So he will probably share with Cooper.
I haven’t attempted to eat steak yet. Steak and baked potato sounds heavenly. I’m a red meat eater too.

What I do is slice them down the middle and then I have two one and a half inch steaks. Then if they are big enough I cut them in half and have 4 steaks. Price not to bad if you do it like that.
