“I saw some 3 in thick steaks at the store the other day.”

What I do is slice them down the middle and then I have two one and a half inch steaks. Then if they are big enough I cut them in half and have 4 steaks. Price not to bad if you do it like that.

Thicker steaks are better to cook rare.
