I don’t like it when I turn on the air-conditioning within a week of turning off the furnace.

We have been known to have the heat and aircon on on the same day!

I am doing that quite often. Air goes down to 64 at night then have to turn heat on in the morning because 64 is to cold to be up. So up to 70 goes the heat.
