It was in...2009 if I recall correctly. The summer after the 2 feet of snow Spokane got the winter before.
It wasn’t *technically* freezing but it was probably in the low 70s in the sun. So in the shade and with a breeze blowing, I was COLD!! I had just come from the South where it was in the high 90s and 90% humidity. LOL
I wish I had a spot for a stove (gas or wood)! I’ve tried to figure out a way to arrange my living room to do it, but there’s not a way to do it without a weird furniture arrangement.
It would only be useful for power outages, to be honest. And for that, I’m probably better off with a kerosene heater. That reminds me...I want to source one of those this summer!

To be honest though, I’ve been to 4 gun shows this spring and it’s definitely mask optional. They have a sign up at the entrance saying ‘these are the rules in this jurisdiction’ but they won’t refuse admittance due to no mask. I’d say about 90% aren’t wearing masks, vendors and attendees both.
Not sure why you’d WANT someone to wear a mask at a gun show, to be honest...

I have a gas fireplace and it still takes electricity to start the gas coming in and to start the blower. I haven’t used it in many years as my house is to open to use it to warm up the place.
She needs to stand a little closer to her hair comb.
