The court’s narrow 5–4 ruling was in favor of a group of Santa Clara residents who asserted the restrictions violated the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.

And I’m not surprised to see Roberts on that list - yet another “gift” to the country from George W. Bush.

When the Supreme Court rules to the left, it's considered the Law of the Land. When it rules to the right, it's ignored.

Nothing surprises me with this court. They can't be trusted to do the right thing on the 2nd Amendment.

from the same website most days. I suspect it is an attempt to get
more readers/hits to their site. Doesn’t comment or join in any
