You don't ever want to have a constitutional convention. It would be a trap.
Presidents usually create Commissions so they can send stupid ideas to them to quietly die. I hope this turns out the same.
Not a problem...otherwise everyone here would have told the people in Georgia to VOTE (as Trump did), rather than listen to Lin Wood’s ‘boycott’ to make it so easy for the Dems to win that they wouldn’t even needed to cheat (you know, to ‘teach the GOP a lesson). So what’s the issue if the courts get packed? Seems like the OBVIOUS outcome when we decided to cede the Senate to the Democrats.
Joe is playing with fire.
There is so much to worry about with this unlawful administration that I can not give a damn
There is a FReepathon going on!

The Supreme Court of the United States in 2020-2021 refused to uphold the laws and allowed massive election fraud to install an illegitimate president? So how much worse would a stacked Supreme Court of 2022 be? They would still not uphold the laws as written like they do now?
Tyrants gotta tyranize.
The supreme court can simply rule any changes are unconstitutional. And no one can do anything about it. Happens all the time. It does not matter if they can legally back up that claim. The USSC does not care about the constitution or the law. They simply vote for what they want.
Remember the new SCOTUS will feature Stacy Abrams, Hillary Clinton, Beto O’Rourke and Gretchen Whitmer among others.
“A republic if you can keep it.”
We couldn’t.
Imagine if the co-equal judiciary branch did the formed a similar commission about the executive.
Biden is finessing the issue in the knowledge he lacks votes to change the court
