I'd ask them for their latest BP, blood sugar, and cholesterol numbers and what they are doing to reduce their BMI and then we can talk about whether or not I should get a vaccine. If you haven't made a Karen cry, you aren't doing a good job as a citizen.

I think it would be better to ask that of the managers, as the workers are only doing what they have been told to do.

My mom reported to me that they have now told everyone in the facility where she lives that you are not to ask anyone (staff or resident) if they have been vaccinated. It's a HIPAA issue and the Karens have been getting out of control. Sounds like someone threatened a lawsuit.
