In Sweden there was Kansas Fried Chicken (KFC) they used the same font and color scheme.
Not sure how widely they were distributed but I have seen several outlets.
Haven’t seen them in the past year or two though.

I worked at Pizza Inn (clone of Pizza Hut) and Taco Inn (clone of Taco Bell) in Texas back in the ‘80s.

There is a place in Beihai, Guangxi China called McConkey that reminded me a lot of a McDonald's. I ate there in 2008. Not a direct clone but it was definitely influenced by McDonald's.
Another copy.... My wife got film processed there from Kadok, not Kodak. The branding was nearly identical except for the swapping of the a and o.
