In Sweden there was Kansas Fried Chicken (KFC) they used the same font and color scheme.
Not sure how widely they were distributed but I have seen several outlets.
Haven’t seen them in the past year or two though.

I worked at Pizza Inn (clone of Pizza Hut) and Taco Inn (clone of Taco Bell) in Texas back in the ‘80s.

There is a place in Beihai, Guangxi China called McConkey that reminded me a lot of a McDonald's. I ate there in 2008. Not a direct clone but it was definitely influenced by McDonald's.
