Happy Easter, LL !
I wear a clear face shield on glasses frame; nobody* has given me any flak over it.
I used to fold a mask in half so it just covered my nose and mouth, but left a gap for air.

And IIRC the hours were counted starting at 6am, so the 6th hour would correspond to noon, and the ninth hour would be 3pm.

The men who wrote the second amendment did not just finish a hunting trip.
They just finished liberating a nation. Most excellent point.

I am glad you had a break! Did you see this? People are waking up all over. Maybe I should restart my twtter ping list. 2 minute video of long lines of uniformed and plainclothes cops tossing down the handcuffs, taking the side of the people. No commentary, just a bit in French at the end, maybe you know French and can tell us what he is saying. Or Lone Palm!

Without frogs, the world would be overrun with mosquitoes.
Frogs ARE a good thing. Just not when raining in billions from the sky, or popping out of mouths.

Lack of frogs indicates too much building and destruction of wild habitats. An abundance of them is a sign of a balanced environment. I’ve seen this over the 56 years of my life.
Where I live now we have lots of frogs and I love ‘em. I’m always watching out for them when I mow the lawn.

Did you try diatomaceous earth? I use it in garden for bad bugs.

And they make nice sounds in the early spring. I remember vividly from my childhood, peepers we called them.
