People have been going around Italy and Sicily for close to 7 years now filming Grannies who have been making handmade pasta since they were toddlers. The typical cook is in her 70's up to over 100. Each video is less than 15 minutes so it's a very entertaining filler channel:

Hey thanks for the link.
Grandma Rose used to make home made pasta every weekend in Brooklyn in Bay Ridge.
She was in her 80s in the ‘70s :)
Man could she cook.
I remember being over there one day and her sister, my Aunt Mary, got busted by cops for bookmaking along with her 2 sons and boy was she mad.
She kept saying “they won’t let you make a living in this country!” :)

Now that is SO COOL! I haven’t watched any of the videos yet, but just looking at all the thumbnails of the grannies showing off their wonderful dishes just warms my heart.
I just sent the link to my family. My wife loves pasta and our oldest daughter studied for a half year in Italy in high school.

We have a Family Italian Restaurant where little old ladies from Italy make all the food, including pasta, homemade. It's wonderful! You do have to wait but so worth it!

My niece is a chef trained in Italy...Traditional Italian dishes are her specialty, and I forwarded the link...Good to preserve the old knowledge before it’s lost...
