I think it very probable that SCOTUS refused to hear election cases because the steal involved foreign governments and thus beyond their actual scope; they do not have clearance for classified info. They would have had to see evidence that they cannot legally access. The foreign interference was an act of war, beyond the jurisdiction of SCOTUS.

Only part of it was. There was clearly enough fraud and violations of state laws to change the results of the election without even getting into the foreign crap.

They could have heard the evidence for the “traditional” fraud, it probably woukd have put Trump over the top, even without the Dominion wire fraud.
