It would be better to ask to speak to a manager and tell them yourself. Back when I worked retail, I did not get the impression managers believed what clerks had to say about what customers were telling them.
Plus, it would make a manager’s day. Too often when they hear a customer wants to tell them something, they gear themselves up for an encounter with a Karen.
The Dollar General where I live used to have customer satisfaction survey codes on their receipts. If you fill out the survey, you are entered in drawing for 100 bucks or something like that.
If you can, fill out such as survey and comment on the no-mask policy—so long as you don’t think it will get store in trouble.
