Many Florida businesses are still mask required. In the past Walmart had been relaxed letting you not wear a mask if you decide but today went to local Walmart and they now have large banner saying mask required, will give you one if you don’t have one. So I turned around and left. Hospitals and national diagnostic centers like Quest are mask nazis. Others have signs saying masks required but don’t enforce it. I live in Fla.

Interesting. They had people outside in the beginning, but gave up long ago here. It will be interesting to see if they fire up again. Did you talk to anyone?
When I went to Walmart, in a town nearby, early one, the employee stopped me and I told them that I didn’t use a mask, because lack of oxygen made me dizzy, and I was sure that Walmart would not want me to faint and hurt myself.
Employee said go right on in. Several people behind me came up to me inside and said they agreed with me, but just didn’t want the hassle of arguing. shrug. I didn’t argue. Ha.
Now, early on here in our county, hubby was stopped, and he asked do I really have to wear a mask. The Employee said, not really we can’t really force you to do it. So he went in with a naked face. If they had insisted, he would have just left.
A few weeks later, we had to go to the hospital ER, and they handed us masks. I said I prefer not to wear it. They shrugged and said ok. Said we just have to give it to you and tell you that the virus is in the community, but you don’t have to put it on. In fact the Employee said she would like to take hers off, cause it gave her headaches.
After gov Abbott rescinded his mask EO, the local Walmart Market had removed the “masks required” banner and replaced it with a “masks recommended” one.
3 days later, they put up the “masks required” one.
I had pix of both, and asked the manager about it; she said the “recommended” one was for later on.
