Just like the COVID vaccines, use of masks (instead of respirators) to block transmission of a virus was only authorized as experimental use.
As such, according to law, it must be optional. If we are going to passively allow governors and governments to make this medical device mandatory, what is to stop them from making the vaccine mandatory?
As I’ve mentioned before, both the FDA and OSHA have made it clear over the years that only respirators, not masks, are considered valid PPE to block transmission of a respiratory virus.
Which is why mask manufacturers must continue to place a disclaimer on their labels that the product does not work for airborne viruses.
The CDC is lying to the public and giving them a false sense of security by suggesting masks are valid medical devices for COVID. That is why the FDA was forced to use an Emergency Use Authorization – the same process used for the vaccines – to approve masks as medical devices to be used as source control to reduce the spread of COVID on April 24, 2020. ...SNIP...

With my family, am I worried? Yes. Have I forgiven and moved on?? Not quite lol. But I will.
I mean, I’m anti-vax on the whole. My kids are not, so I held my breath with each set of vaxs my grandkids got. And I got my own children vaccinated. My views have changed.
I have a couple of friends with older kids who have never been vaccinated. One friend, normal son, 2 or 3, immediately after a set of shots, he had a seizure and a fever that shot up to 106’. Fried his little brain. He’s terribly brain damaged. He’s now 20. His brother, never vaccinated.
So just because they aren’t vaccinated doesn’t mean they aren’t welcome in my house. I don’t care.
But this has gotten to the point of crazy. That fear. I won’t come around you if you haven’t gotten the shot.
I’m trying to get someone to come help me pack. One of my son’s friends was.. “Did your mom get vaccinated? Well, then we can’t help.” SMH.
I don’t get the flu shot, the pneumonia shot, the shingles, maybe a tetanus if I step on a rusty nail. But that’s my choice. My husband got the pneumonia shot. Think I’d kick Mr Moneymaker to the curb???? Hahahahah teasing.

I used hand sanitizer once or twice in all of last year; all other times just used regular soap.
I can’t remember all the times people reacted with shocked expressions (well, that I could see behind the masks -lol) whenever I waved their hand away dismissively if they offered me sanitizer, a “wipe” for my grocery cart, etc. I’ll wash my hands well (with soap) when I get home, thank you very much!

That’s the thing I noticed around here. The children and young adults seem to have been sooo brain-washed to be afraid of this virus. It’s no one wonder child suicides have increased, we’ve started Year 2 of this negative drum-beat with no end in sight.
It stands to reason, though, when you consider schools have done such a poor job of teaching them critical thinking skills, and then social media censors any facts or viewpoints that do not toe the Big Government, Big Pharma line.
I had to have an oven repairman out today, told him I didn’t care if he wore a mask or not. He happily took his off, said he was fine, ‘ause he had been vaccinated. Whatever.

Nike is suing MSCHF Product Studio, a company that collaborated with rapper Lil Nas X to produce the Satan Shoe, or otherwise known as the, “blood shoes,” according to a report from TMZ. The news comes shortly after the shoes, which sell for more than $1,000, became public for sale.
According to TMZ’s report on the incident, Nike is claiming that MSCHF is tricking customers into thinking the Satan-themed shoes were approved and endorsed by Nike. In an email to CNN, a Nike spokesperson said the company has distanced itself from endorsing the customization.
The lawsuit also claims that MSCHF artists make modifications to the Nike shoe after they are made, according to TMZ. That is leading to a trademark infringement because the Nike logo is still on the shoe, despite not being approved by the company. Nike is asking the judge to block all sales of the shoe, according to TMZ.
The “rapper” also has customized Nike with the Chik-fil-A insigna on them.
