Husband: "I changed a light bulb today. "
Wife: "That's it? I did the laundry, vacuumed the house, washed windows, cooked three meals, and the list goes on and on.... “And you changed a single light bulb?"
Husband: "Yep, that's what I did.... I even filmed myself doing it."

They call this new sport “extreme light bulb”. /s
Torx? The blueprint said I only needed a #2 Phillips when I got up here.
How many freepers does it take to change a light bulb?

1 Freeper changing the bulb
1 Freeper bellyaching, “We’re doomed!”
I have quite a few friends who are radio engineers. None of them do this kind of work. They call “the tower guys”. They all think “the tower guys” are crazy. One tower guy fell in Boston not long ago. Yeah, no he did not make it.
For the record, at the top of a 24’ ladder, I’m pretty clenched.
I would have forgotten the damn bulb and would have to do it all over again.
An easy one. Check this one!

Really annoying for the guy you drop the tool on.
Whatever it is, it's not enough. Can you imagine the trust you would have to have in the guying system? You physics types: If the last guy line is at 1450' and at a 45 degree angle, if he did a zip line, what speed would he reach when he made a new trench in the earth?
Clicked and nothing happened.......
That’s all the high Steam Rocket Guy ever got.
Go figure, a light bulb replacement on top of a tower out in the middle of nowhere that shines on nothing.........

I’ve jumped from higher!
And lower! Ground comes up fast at 750 feet!
From hundreds of feet I imagine it wouldn’t quite be the tool you dropped anymore.
Seems like he coulda strapped a hang glider on his back for the ride down, yea?

Back in 1974, a steelworker named William Eustance did that at the end of his shift when working on the CN Tower in Toronto... https://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2016/11/08/sweet-william-eustace-and-how-to-leave-your-job-with-flair.html
They probably got tired of helicopters slamming into the tower at night
Aren’t those lights mainly for aircraft in the area? I’d say they’re pretty essential.
