I think ransomnote and Wictor are correct, that there is an unseen level of control above the Bitem and henchpeeps. I think they are given enough free rein to display who and what they really are, with some limitations. People need to be shown, be brought to the precipice. A few days ago Scavino posted a twtter video of a steep precipice, and yesterday Catspajamas posted a quote from a recent (haven’t found it yet) talk by Gen.Flynn saying “we are at a precipice.”
It is NOT over, we did not lose, Trump did not lose. The future is bright, even if we cannot see it yet.
And I think Trump will be back fairly soon.

Not too far off from the truth. Twice as many soldiers are in the U.S. capital as in Afghanistan. What Eisenhower warned about the military-industry complex is what we have today. Military providing welfare to the balance sheets of defense contractors. The F-35 plane and the Littoral Combat Ship are prime examples.
