The last couple days the media, including conservative media, and people here on FR, having been trying to convince everyone how great Grenell is, and gays in general.
Being nice to gays, doesn’t mean telling them everything they believe or do is correct, or accepting that they rule over us, which is what we are being told we should do.
personally, i don’t give a tinker’s damn who does what to whom in the bedroom as long as it’s consenting adults, PARTICULARLY if the bedroom warriors are also courageous, outspoken and EFFECTIVE warriors against the Deep State and warriors for Trumpism .. don’t care about color, gender, age, size, ethnicity or anything else just so long as a person is a law-abiding warrior for Trumpism and and a warrior against Deep State fascism ... period ...

Well said. MAGA is a political movement, not a religion. And the way it gets advanced is through alliances.
I have Grenell as well as the fools who have been ginning up this controversy on my Twitter feed. Grenell wasn’t the one looking to cause trouble. And it certainly doesn’t benefit those of us who supported Trump.

That’s certainly your right, but we’re responding to his SUPPORT of the Carnival Act now testifying before the US Senate. Most of Trump’s voters are sickened by it.
The LEAST I would do about queers, is send them off to their own isolated island, with orders to never come back (unless the are actually able to fix their screwed-up mind).

Beyond that, yes, the erasure of womanhood is an effective topic and could have been used more in the campaign, but that is the T part of LGBT, not the G/L. And contrary to the Left’s alphabet soup nonsense, many people, including some homosexuals, do not see those issues as being equivalent. If you want some evidence, just see that such people still voted for Trump despite his (very wise) ban on trannies in the military.
Also, this person criticizes some positions of the Log Cabin Republicans, but fails to recognize that many of those issues have problems that can be divorced from the sexual orientation angle. For example, it’s simply not the proper role of Congress to ban conversion therapy or pass some “equality act”. And there are also 1A concerns with some local anti-discrimination proposals. Not all people comfortable with same-sex marriage want to see granny bakers thrown in prison for opposing it. Attack it on the political level from that angle rather than anything to do with the appropriateness of homosexual relationships.

If Grenell wasn’t ‘looking to cause trouble’ by his unforced tweet, then he is ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS to not know that vast majority of Trump voters are severely turned off by his defense of Drag Queens testifying in front of the US Senate. Not much different than Cruz going Cancun while his voters were freezing back in Texas.
Trump would be better off without a person that disconnected from Trump’s base.
