Sh#t is getting real here. Son just witnessed a carjacking, car chase, cop shoots perp on a highway very close to my place. I’m ready to move away from here but no idea where, so for now, doors locked and I’m not driving anywhere!

Would you want to stay in Montana? I don’t know that there’s a ‘safe’ place any more to be honest.
US Census Bureau says Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, and Alaska have the lowest population as of 2019. Thus my focusing on Wyoming for my hunt.
