I don’t think he has signed anything into law yet. Just EO’s. Noticed that none of his EO’s requiring $ disbursements haven’t borne fruit yet. Congress is dragging it out but makes the public think they are “working on it” so those expecting the $1400 stimulus don’t go nuts.
Biden does not have the ability to sign anything into law. He is not president; he only plays one on TV.
