Nobody here has any idea what XXXXX RAT XXXXXXXX are actually trying to do. Charles Lieber has been working on silicon nanowires at Harvard for the past 22 years with DARPA funding.
He had undisclosed links to the Chinese and their Thousand Talents program and was arrested for it. DARPA money was used to fund possible PLA research by traitors like Lieber working in American facilities. Here’s their plan.

If the NWO wanted to, they could make you sit there being literally xxxxxx by a xxxxxx while the nanowires force your brain to release oxytocin and serotonin so you happily bond with the man xxxxxxx your wife. That’s just one example.
The possibilities are limitless. They could make you hate anyone they wanted, love anyone they wanted. It is a system for absolute, totalitarian control that will strip you of every last scrap of your individuality.

This is the true nature of the “Great Reset”. This is why they want to absolve all debt, confiscate all property, have the government manage agriculture, and have you shoved into a city.
They want you completely and utterly controlled by their nanowire smart grid. The corruption that this will enable is unfathomable. We are literally inches from being completely enslaved, mind, body, and soul. That’s not an exaggeration.

Lieber also had backing from China’s Thousand Talents program, and received millions of dollars from the Wuhan University of Technology to establish a lab there.
Xi Jinping is very interested in nanowire mind control tech, as are the Rothschilds who are working with him.
The Muslim Uighurs being held in concentration camps are being used as guinea pigs in experiments with these things.
They want to implement the mind control grid in China, and then, the rest of the world. They are afraid of the power of populist movements, and they are afraid that people will recognize the financial power that they hold.

There are a number matters to address before those applications can be realized. For example, in addition to endothelial cells, Tian’s team tried the experiment in smooth muscle cells, neurons and cardiac cells. The latter two cell types rejected the nanowires, largely because they don’t have the phagocytosis mechanism that endothelial cells do. But with some surface modifications, those cells might also capable of swallowing nanowires, Tian says.
Right now, individual neurons don't ingest the nanowires.
The paper quoted in https://arxiv.org/pdf/1302.5460.pdf relates to fabrication processes for nanowires, and not related in any way to their response to 600 MHz radiation.

Re Virus and Blood Brain Barrier:
VERY interesting. I wonder if the chemtrails are the method of distributing nanowires.
