Gen 6 says they did!

No, it does not.

You assume that Sons of God means angels.

You forget that Adam was also called Son of God. Luke 3:38.

There is plenty of conversation about Giants in Scripture,

And nowhere does it say they were the offspring of Angels.

The Book of Enoch and the Book of Jasher says...

And neither of those are the Bible. You might as well invoke Marvel Comics.

The idea of demi-gods is a pagan one and is not found in the Bible.

There were plenty of Giants and God wanted the Jews to kill all of them

Also not in scripture.

A "Son Of God" has to be created by God. Who has God created? He Created Adam and He created Angels. Jesus was created By God, ergo He is the Son of God. We have been given the right to become "Sons of God" by Rebirth in the Spirit.

No one else can be called a Son of God. In Job, we have the same term "Sons of God" and it is plain that these are angels. You don't know Adam was NOT an angel of God before he sinned. The Hebrew word for "light" is ore. The Hebrew word for "skin" is ore also. Adam was a creature of light before he sinned. Jesus was clothed in skin until He was seen on the Mt. of Transfiguration as a creature of light. Jesus is known as the "Second Adam".

The books of Enoch and Jasher were in the Cannon when Jesus was walking on earth. Enoch is still in the far eastern scriptures. Jude, the brother of Jesus, mentioned the book of Enoch in Jude 1:14. The founders of the church were familiar with Enoch and Jasher and believed what it said. Jasher was mentioned twice in Scripture.

Jos 10:12 Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: "Sun, stand still over Gibeon; And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon."

Jos 10:13 So the sun stood still, And the moon stopped, Till the people had revenge Upon their enemies. Is this not written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day.

Jos 10:14 And there has been no day like that, before it or after it, that the Lord heeded the voice of a man; for the Lord fought for Israel.

So what you are saying is God didn't stop the sun in the sky so Joshua could defeat the Amorite giants? The Amorites were giants.(Amos 2:9) Just look at all the scripture you are declaring a lie if fallen angels didn't mate with human women and produce monsters. It's too much to sweep under the rug.

2Sa 1:17 Then David lamented with this lamentation over Saul and over Jonathan his son,

2Sa 1:18 and he told them to teach the children of Judah the Song of the Bow; indeed it is written in the Book of Jasher:

King David declared that the story in Jasher about Saul's death would be taught to the generations.

Don't forget that the Cannon of Scripture was built by men. Since then books have been added and left out. Maccabees has been taken out just since the 1800's. Tobit, Judith, Sirach, Wisdom, and others are in some and out of others.

Read Joshua and see that God wanted Israel to kill everything that breathed in Jericho. When you read scripture that says "utterly destroy", that means you kill them, then stack them in a pile and set fire to them, and then pile rocks on top of the ashes.

Jos 6:21 And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, ox and sheep and donkey, with the edge of the sword.

The reason God Flooded the earth was to kill the giants born after Gen 6:1. They were evil. They were demonic. They came from fallen angels. It's all plainly described in Scripture in detail.

If you are going to call yourself a believer, you need to believe Scripture. So many Christians say they believe, but it took millions of years for the earth to be completed, the sun really didn't stop in the sky, and donkeys don't talk but somehow they say they believe a dead man rose from the grave. Since I've been born again I believe every jot and tittle and even the punctuation placing has meaning. It's dangerous to try to pooh pooh the Word of God and make up what you think it says. It's eye opening to actually study the Hebrew and Greek words to see where the translators have mistranslated the King James Bible. One mistranslation that makes a difference in Gen 4:26.

Gen 4:26 And as for Seth, to him also a son was born; and he named him Enosh. Then men began to call on the name of the Lord.

Men calling on the name of the Lord sounds like a good thing, but the word used for "began" actually means Defiled or Profaned. So the meaning is changed to "Men began to profane or defile the name of the Lord." There is a whole denomination of people that believe that the "Sons of God" are Sons of Seth because of this mistranslation.
