The CIA gateway technique;

“The Energy Balloon: The individual is then encouraged to visualize the creation of an “energy balloon” beginning at the top of the head, extending down in all directions to the feet then back up again. Yaah, explains certain things, but I don’t think anyone should trust an imaginary “energy balloon” in an encounter with “conscious entities” when “out of body”.
