Yaah, explains certain things, but I don’t think anyone should trust an imaginary “energy balloon” in an encounter with “conscious entities” when “out of body”.
There are things like this described in the Bible and the situation the “Observer” experiences is not good.
I wonder if Tesla tried an “energy balloon”...
