I would probably try it, and use them in smoothies with berries of some sort.
I have frozen avocados... I let them thaw and smash them on toast and top them with an egg. Not bad. Not like fresh. Course, since I’m gluten free, it’s that rice bread, so nothing tastes the same as say an English muffin (sob sob).
