does this mean they won't judge on the case or try the case, there will be opinions. not sure what this means.

I think it means regardless of when they decide on the cases it won’t be announced until the 25th and there will be a slew of announcements on various cases.
I’m just going by what’s on the website.

The Court will not take the BenchIn my pea brain that sounds like they will not hear the cases.
Also they may not announce this in plain English until February 25th so that they have time to get their security fence and razor wire installed.
