In my pea brain that sounds like they will not hear the cases.
Also they may not announce this in plain English until February 25th so that they have time to get their security fence and razor wire installed.
Usually they announce from the bench what cases they will take or not take, but with COVID they've been posting those decisions on their website instead.
Bottom line: We won't know if they granted cert or not, and if cert has been granted, what dates have been set for oral arguments, until February 25, the date of the official announcement via website.
