According to the whistleblower, he was able to stop the plot to kill the judges, which means someone took it seriously.

This article indicates that PDJT is still in charge of the military for 60 days after the inauguration. I tried to see where exactly it says that in Public Law 116-121, but it is not obvious. Any legal experts out there who can verify or deny?
