Petey - You should post a “poor professional integrity” review on the inspector’s website.
You should /write/ a notice of poor integrity to the realtor and bank concerning THIS specific inspector.
You should send copies to all local inspectors.
You can recommend an \audit\ to the licensing agency.
You CAN, if you so choose, ruin that inspectors livelihood.

I grew up in S.West MO. about 30-40 minutes north of Branson, and 15 miles south of Springfield. GOD’s country/Reagan territory.
People used to asked us about the Ozark mountains, and we would tell them that we didn’t have any - just hills. But Branson-those are a bit more than hills.

I love my woodstove. Everyday in the winter I come home from work and fire up the stove and it heats up my entire house. Once it gets going there is really no visible smoke. Most of my neighbors don’t even know I use a woodstove.

I am partial to yukon gold. Last year the seed catalogs didn’t have any, so I bought 5 Lb. of organic at the local grocery. Set them in the light to green up and sprout a little. Got some good taters from that which we ate already. 😊

Petey, I would probably take those firearms and valuables to store at a friend’s place. In fact, the coinage could be stored in a safe deposit box if you can get one, at least until the move is finished.

Unrelated: Prez. Asterisk is scheduled to fly to Milwaukee tonight. Will he be on AF1? I.e., the 747 we all think of as the “real” AF1?
WHY ON EARTH would ANYONE fly into this storm? The second round starts tonight and this type of weather can be deadly to aircraft no matter how well made.

In addition Petey, write a letter to the local realtor Board of Directors and request they read this at the next board meeting. The word will spread among realtors and they won’t want this guy working with their clients.
