Because they are no better than their Democrat counterparts and they betrayed a vast majority of their base that voted for President Trump, and reelected him only for it to be stolen, and have them falsely claim that it was a fair election. In addition the base voted for them to aide President Trump in his effort to "drain the swamp" and return the country back to "We The People" where it rightfully belongs, per the ideals put forth by our founding fathers of this nation.
The shame is even greater for those Democrats who delighted in the BLM/Antifa unrest and destruction over the summer. They proved that a riot is only a riot if THEY feel endangered. All those people whose lives and property were damaged and destroyed last summer? EFF em. It’s CONGRESS MEMBERS LIVES THAT MATTER.

Every Democrat Senator had the same opportunity and obligation to stand for truth and decency - but failed to do so.
Unfortunately, the number was not 7 or 57 - it was higher - when you add in the cowards like McConnell, Thune, etc., who voted to acquit, but then rushed to the nearest microphone to smear Trump and all his supporters.

Problem goes back decades when Congress made themselves paid referral employees. Prior to that they were paid by and directed by each state. The legislators had the ability to fire anyone that violated their states directives.
As far as I know you are quite right. There are lots of types of betrayals that do not break any law (other than Natural Law). Attempts to make everything that is morally contemptable also illegal are doomed to end in a mess and trample on God given rights.

To even participate in the illegal sham is wrong. They were all traitors to our constitution. No Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presiding, prosecuting to impeach a man who had been already illegally stripped of the presidency - no longer in office - it was a patently illegal, unconstitutional crime perpetuated by all 100 senators against our nation and people. The entire congress is illegitimate and has been hijacked by the Marxist dark forces in the junta-controlled secret police state we are under. Our freedoms disappear by the day. God will have to fix this, as he has done for many totalitarian regimes in history.
Therein is a problem. You say that you don’t consider Dems to be human. If you take that thought further along, it would mean that it wouldn’t matter if they were all put down like an animal, for that’s all they are.
