Does this have something to do with how people have configured their personal settings on FR to bring certain topics to the forefront for them?
I don’t understand how all this works. Maybe it’s not important to.

When you click on a Keyword (just under the posted article) it leads to a list of articles to which that Keyword has been added, some as far back as September 2001.
Adding a list of current articles to your FR main page by Topic or Keyword is different. I explain how to do that near the top of my profile page (click on my screen name)
