Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

This avenue would just be giving your 'contacts' a heads up. Not surprising that the Capitol Police would know their counterparts in DC Guard. There are AD serving with the Guard who run day to day operations.

As I said, I did not listen to the hearings. So I don’t know what they presented there.
I think I read Candace Owens is going to run for President. If she did, i would support her. I would support her running as a third party to stick it to the puglicans.
My vitamin B12 and folic acid levels are normal. I’m too lazy (don’t know why) to look through a couple years of blood test results to try to find other vitamins.
Are there any blood tests you recommend I ask my doctor/nurse practitioner to run? I keep saying I want a big blood test done, but when they ask me what I want done, I have no answer because I haven’t gone to medical school. Surprisingly they haven’t used that line on me yet.
Also looked up what’s called emotional blocking. I could have subconsciously done that as well starting around age 15, because my parents started going through a rough patch between when I was that age.
God knows what’s going on inside my body. I feel like I’m 85+.

Yesterday, I read elsewhere in FR that Lindsay Graham was trying to introduce Nikki Haley to big name Republican donors he was connected to. The donors would have nothing to do with her!
From the Police Chief’s letter, “We were monitoring the actions and demeanor of the crowd, which at the time did not raise any concerns, when we received word at 12:52 p.m. that a pipe bomb had been located at the Republican National Committee headquarters, immediately adjacent to Capitol Grounds. We responded immediately to coordinate and send resources to the scene, including a number of officers, officials, and a bomb squad. We also dispatched resources to look for other explosive devices, suspects, and vehicles. At almost the exactly same time, we observed a large group of individuals approaching the West Front of the Capitol. When the group arrived at the perimeter, they did not act like any group of protestors I had ever seen. Unlike other heated protests, these protesters did not simply congregate to angrily voice their grievances. As soon as this group arrived at our perimeter, they immediately began to fight violently with the officers and to tear apart the steel crowd control barriers, using them to assault the officers.
It was immediately clear that their primary goal was to defeat our perimeter as quickly as possible and to get past the police line. This mob was like nothing I have seen in my law enforcement career. The group consisted of thousands of well-coordinated, well-equipped violent criminals. They had weapons, chemical munitions, protective equipment, explosives, and climbing gear. A number of them were wearing radio ear pieces indicating a high level of coordination.
Given these factors, it was clear to me at 1:00 p.m. that the situation was deteriorating rapidly. I called MPD and requested assistance and they responded immediately. I also requested assistance from the U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division and other law enforcement agencies.”

I was advised by Mr. Irving that he needed to run it up the chain of COMMAND. I continued to follow up with Mr. Irving, who was with Mr. Stenger at the time, and he advised that he was waiting to hear back from CONGRESSIONAL LEADERSHIP, but expected authorization at any moment. At approximately 1:50 p.m., not yet having authorization from CPB, and noting the extreme urgency of the situation, I notified General William Walker that I should have approval shortly and that we had an urgent request for the National Guard. At 2:10 p.m., I finally received notification from Mr. Irving that the CPB authorized me to request the National Guard. However, as explained below, I soon learned that our request would also need to be approved by the Department of Defense.”
CONGRESSIONAL LEADERSHIP IS BLAMING PRESIDENT TRUMP FOR THEIR FAILURES! They were responsible for authorizing the National Guard and they waited until after the attack to authorize them.
I take lamotrigine (Lamictal) for them. Before I started that medication years ago, my body would jerk itself awake 5-8 times a night. It was absolutely miserable. An arm jerking, a leg kicking, feeling like I stopped breathing, feeling like I was falling, my lower jaw snapping up for some reason (my body compensating by jerking my head back to avoid damage to my teeth).
As a licensed electrician in a mountain community I encountered a bit of aluminum house wiring, especially mobile homes and prefab housing units. In winter I stayed busy adding 8 inch copper pigtails to AL wiring at switches and receptacles and reattaching the wires. At the connection point I would use a large wire nut but filled with inhibitor, what you call 'grease', and sealed with tape. A cheap but workable solution.
Also, as you say, checking high current connectors and tightening. Stayed busy winters.

A long departed and beloved cat of ours was diagnosed at age 2 with severe hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and not expected to live longer than another year. After he insisted on spitting out his prescribed meds behind doors for me to find later, I figured him to be likely a lost cause, but began researching natural alternatives on the Internet. I bought extracts of hawthorn berry and motherwort and CoQ10, mixing them together in olive oil.
Here’s the kicker: I knew cayenne pepper was highly recommended, too, and had bought an extract of that, but would a cat take it? After placing some on my own tongue, I had extreme doubts... but added it to the mix, anyway. I put it in an amber bottle, shook it well, and poured a bit into a small spoon... And to my shock and delight, he came over and licked all of it right up! The taste notwithstanding, it’s like he instinctively knew it was what his body needed.
I gave him a spoonful a day of that mixture, and he was his happy self once again soon afterward. He lived twelve more years, not just one, and was happy and healthy. When he died, he simply keeled over one evening, after a full day - his heart probably gave out - and, while I was grief-stricken, I also thanked God for his exceptional life, and that his passing was more quickly than any of our creatures’, before or since - we should all be so fortunate. But his life got me on the track to alternative healing approaches, and for that, too I am grateful.

Pretty clear at this point Congress did not consider it warnings, but leaks of their plan.

Why didn’t the FBI do anything about the BLM guy, Sullivan and others who planned and plotted this? The FBI has NOT been Trump’s friend.
