Had a friend post on FB yesterday asking for prayers for El Rushbo and family — “Having a rough time.”.
Wish I could tell you more.
I saw a tweet from him the other day saying he knows his “time” is limited and he thanked President Trump. I think Mark Steyne said last night on Fox, that Rush is under the weather. Rush needs our prayers and loving thoughts.
I’m concerned that his fill-ins aren’t commenting as to when he’ll be back, as they usually do.
I had 2 family members die from cancer. When I saw Rushes gaunt face last week I knew time is running out.
Smoking related lung cancer is almost always a one way ticket - even with world class medical treatment.
Rush traded in cigarettes for 30 years of cigar rooms.

Rush's February Limbaugh letter, entitled 'God is With Me' has a two page statement from him. He's reflecting on the support he has gotten from family, friends and listeners and expressing his gratitude for that support.
There have been cases of LC, stage 4 have been cured. Praying that that is the case with Rush.
Snerdley posted on rushlimbaugh.com that this is Rush’s cancer treatment week, thus guests hosts will be doing Rush’s show.
Last night, Mark Steyn said the same. Mark has been the host for Fox News 7pm (eastern) news show that replaced Martha McCallum all week. And I’m guessing that is why he hasn’t filled in for Rush this week.

Not going to read anything into this. Chemotherapy is harsh and its side effects often difficult to predict, even repeated treatments which seemed fine before can have a devastating kick later on, as I know from personal experience. Let him concentrate on his fight and wish him well.
There will be a day where Rush will never be on his show again. I fear that day has already passed. I hope I’m wrong.
I understand the Fox News website posted an update on his condition yesterday. Since I’m boycotting Fox I won’t search for the article and give them the click. The person who told me about it says the article really doesn’t give any new news except for speculating he is near the end. I was told the hatred spewed against Rush in some of the reader comments is vile and disgusting.
The chemo is rough, but it is one day at a time down here. He says he gives thanks each morning simply that he woke up. And I am thankful for that, too.
Treatment week. Takes its toll on him. He might be back tomorrow but probably Monday.
