I have not heard explained any outcomes based on a theoretical situation where it is proven that the election was illegitimately handed to Biden through massive, systemic election fraud. What is to be done about it?
I know what will likely be the case. But I want thoughtful, legal input as to the remedy available to Trump and Republicans if undeniable, rock-solid fraud is proven.
The constitutional method is to impeach Biden and Harris after Republicans win large majorities in the Senate and House in two years. It’s much harder to do election fraud in midterm elections.
Why would they do that? The function of government is to create insoluble problems and spend trillions ‘looking’ like they are trying to solve them but ‘are thawarted’ by the opposition party. They have created another ‘insoluable problem’ by design so that we can keep sending them money. Why would they kill their master fundraiser?
To challenge this thing the time to do it was immediately after election day when the crime was fresh and a challenge to it more expectable and justified. It would have involved Trump pointing to it and calling it by name then throwing everything at it he could from his position as POTUS. Trump should have stopped the world and made everyone get off and have it out. Of course we all know the left and the Deep State would have gone ballistic but we either fight these animals any way we must or we learn to live on our knees befor them. Now we’ve let them get away with the literal theft of America from us. If it wasn’t important enough to defend there and then then maybe it didn’t even happen. Mabe Trump doubted anyone had his back. Pretty easy thing to think in Americabtoday...

Even if you could hypothetically prove it there is no remedy. You have to stop them from cheating ahead of time. Once it happens it’s over they will never overturn an election.
This is why it is essential to eliminate vote by mail, unsolicited ballot mail outs and ballot harvesting. I am of the belief that the cheating didn’t occur on Election Day but well before it. They coordinated send outs and harassers/bribers/mailbox thieves along with media talking points to grease the theft. We need it firmly established that if you want to vote, and you are not medically hampered, you need to vote in person to ensure chain of custody.

There have already been court cases that have ruled in our favor, with more to come. The documentary on YouTube, miraculously, has not been removed yet. It states that 20% of Dem voters concur that there was fraud. The Time magazine article-though cloaked in anti-Trump rhetoric, is an admission paving the way for further revelations.
Hope makes me think the tide is turning. I believe that slowly and surely all will come to light. Americans will choose a disruptive change over a fraudulent administration. They must.

States should nullify any unconstitutional laws the Congress passes and any Biden executive orders that are the same. Each state legislator and governor swears an oath to defend the Constitution. If they don’t they are not upholding their oath. The strength lies in the state.

In the circumstance described, the only legitimate legal remedy would be to impeach and remove Beijing Biden from office, and reinaugurate President Trump, preferably retroactively to January 20, 2021.
