I have not heard explained any outcomes based on a theoretical situation where it is proven that the election was illegitimately handed to Biden through massive, systemic election fraud. What is to be done about it?
I know what will likely be the case. But I want thoughtful, legal input as to the remedy available to Trump and Republicans if undeniable, rock-solid fraud is proven.
Only a good hanging will remdy the peoblem.
The American voters have been gaslighted. The voting system had been compromised and can never again be trusted.
We need to get the states to pass laws NOW to prevent fraud in the future.
Right, wrong or indifferent, the constitutional checkmarks have been made.
The Dem Congress is going to pass a NATIONAL law making uniform mail-in voting the standard for the entire USA. That’s in contravention of federalism and the constitution, of course.
Unless a lot more states grow the stones needed to pass a LOT of nullification laws, it’s over. If 30 states said “Screw you federal DS, we will conduct OUR elections as WE please” then we could have a chance.
Of course, the Dem states compact to destroy the Electoral College will ultimately undo those nullification laws as well.
It’s over.

Against those proving or those committing? I’d say right now proving anything is problematical. Committing has a splendid record of success.

Trump possibly could sue the Secretaries of State for damages... legal costs, etc.
I strongly suspect that every judge who could possibly do anything about this travesty has been threatened with death for them and their entire family.

Nothing will be done. The Left is at the point where they are bragging about it, calling it “Vote Fortification” (Time Magazine).
Thus the walled off congress and razor wire.
For this go-round, maybe. But it will continue forever if they get away with it this time, without consequences. People should be going to prison for their behavior.
Those successfully proving election fraud in a court will be found guilty of sedition and given public executions. This includes the judge on down to the court clerks as well as the layers arguing the case and all the witnesses.
