Can I ask a stupid question? Won’t her hair eventually grow out, and thus resolve the problem???In this case, I don't think so because the hair is literally glued to her scalp. Also, I suspect she did some rather severe damage to her hair follicles, and I suspect any actions to remove this stuff will cause further damage.
She's definitely on the list of one of the dumbest people on the planet. She's also apparently talking to lawyers threatening to sue Gorilla Glue for not putting a specific warning about not using it on your hair, further cementing (sorry) her place as a world-class moron.

Did she rip those lashes out of a cat’s tail or did she paint those on with eyeliner? This lady has some mighty bizarre ideas as to what constitutes beauty enhancements. Maybe she should just stick to a paper bag. It’s less toxic and can easily be removed.
