THAT! absolutely freaked me out. If she wasn't dead before, she surely would have died during that treck down the stairs. Don't tell me there is no stretcher at the Capital building.
One thing I considered.Let's say this entire thing was staged, every actor had his role to play. and they did. Problem arised, a real bullet was used and she was truly shot but no one knew because they didn't expect it. That's why they were all casual about it.
I just don't get why they make a plan on having a stretcher available.
