ThankQ for answering my question in my post # 243; I asked cui bono (who benefits) from the case being tossed.
Extrapolating cases being tossed (or not being brought at all), look at what happened last year with the blm/antee fa riots; nobody severely punished.
Who benefitted?
Whoever was/is pulling blm/anti fa’s strings.
