Way back in the beginning of this, I recall Kris Anne Hall mentioning hydrogen peroxide used this way (1 Tbs HP + about 1/4 cup water, gargling, swish around the mouth, spit it out, then dab a Q-tip into it and swab the inside of the nose). She said this is what she and her family use when they do their Haiti mission work in the slums and none of them have ever gotten sick.
I started doing this last spring. Now if I am in an area that is suspicious (after sitting in a doctor's office, for example), I come home and do this routine. I'm also taking handfuls of vitamins.

Vitamin C and D3 are very good for you.
Note: Vitamin D3 raises blood calcium levels, so take Vitamin K-2 as well, which takes the calcium out of the blood and puts it into your bones & teeth rather than into arteriosclerotic plaques (those nasty things inside the coronary arteries which contribute to heart attacks).

I’ve brushed my teeth with it for some time, off and on.
I know my dil had my son and their boys gargling with apple cider vinegar when someone in his unit tested positive back in the early days of the virus. He’s lost some people - one last week, funeral was today. 57 years old, 40 years service in military. :-(
