AS to the rest of your post, Many may be conditioned into the "rinse repeat syndrome" Maybe it wasn't mean to be. We'll see in four years, maybe it won't be so bad. Many liked President Trump but many didn't "get" him. Didn't understand his character, didn't understand that he does not give up. He's a fighter. He's a real man.

Pres. Biden signed 13992: “Revocation of Certain Executive Orders Concerning Federal Regulation”
on 01/20/2021 and didn’t get published until 01/25/2021.
President Trump’s EO was in the cracks and wasn’t mentioned in EO 13992.
