BREAKING - U.S. House Resolution 91 has passed (218-210). Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has been removed from her committee assignments. All House members have voted along party lines.

In this atmosphere, what’s to stop them from removing all Republicans from their committee assignments?

If all it takes is a majority vote, there’s nothing to stop them from initiating a one party rule in the House.

I’m not a very fun person to be around these days. This constant bad news is giving me anxiety. This is not a fun movie to watch and I’ve lost my appetite for any popcorn.

ThankQ...that was a resolution to consider voting for House Resolution 72 - removing a member.

The actual vote to remove happened later.

The vote passed by a margin of 230-199, with 11 Republican members siding with the Democratic majority. No Democrats voted against the resolution.
